We advise clients on compliance with various laws and government regulations that affect business operations, including Florida and Federal employment laws, Florida and Federal antitrust laws, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, laws governing professional licensure, and State and local tax laws. We advise clients on compliance with the U.S. Department of Labor’s 2016 amendments to the overtime regulations under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Our clients include start-up companies formed by entrepreneurs, mid-stage companies seeking to expand their operations or capitalization, and established companies seeking business succession planning and implementation of exit strategies for owners. We offer general counsel services on an as-needed or flat monthly retainer basis.

On some matters we associate legal specialists in securities, federal tax, intellectual property, and other areas.
