About Edward W. Wood

Edward W. Wood's practice focuses primarily on the areas of real estate transactions and litigation, probate, and business law. Mr. Wood regularly counsels clients, including banks, financial institutions and others, on a wide range of matters including real estate sales and acquisitions, mortgage foreclosures, commercial loan workouts, restructuring, and financing, commercial and consumer collections, banking and finance law, real estate litigation, wills, trusts, and estates, and business structure and formation. Additionally, Mr. Wood has extensive experience acting as both closing/title agent or counsel representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in all manner of real estate transactions. Prior to his career in the legal profession, Mr. Wood worked in the areas of commercial lending and commercial real estate for a large super-regional bank.
